Our
services are designed to suit your business requirements,
taking into consideration the type of service your business
provides, your geographical location and any other characteristics
that makes you unique in your business.
In order
to provide a large variety of services and fee schedules,
we have separated our services into two types of programs,
Pre-Collect and Collect. We are able to offer our clients
programs that serve as an extension of their existing
billing department.
¨
Installment Payment Plan Accounts are high balance accounts,
which the debtor is unable to pay in full at the time
services are provided. We will establish an acceptable
payment plan, then supply the debtor with a payment coupon
book then monitor payments until the account is paid in
full. This will save your staff time and you money. ¨
Early-Out
Programs are primarily for Clients who generate a high
volume of accounts on a regular basis. To reduce your
in-house workload, the accounts are assigned to our agency
immediately following first billing. These accounts are
set up on a system that maintains constant communication
with the debtor in a passive yet assertive manner.
¨
First Placement Collections. These are initial assignment
of delinquent accounts after in-house or pre-collection
efforts are exhausted.
¨
Second Placement Collections are accounts previously assigned
to another collection agency and which you wish CIB to
rework. Attorney services and pre-collect letter systems
are not considered collection agencies.
Our
fees are on a contingency basis only and are determined
in part by the type of services or products provided and
the amount of debtor information you have available. We
work each account thoroughly and in full detail through
a variety of letter series, telephone contact, Skip-tracing,
Credit Bureau listing and asset research. All accounts
over the $50.00 are reported to the Credit Bureau 60 days
after placement with our agency.
