CIB is a substantial firm with more than 60 employees that collect worldwide for over 300 billing groups and hospitals, as well as numerous physicians and wholesale retail companies.

For your protection we carry a One (1) Million dollar liability policy through American Collectors Association (ACA). The ACA national averages show that CIB is the largest collection agency in the nation as of the 1999 year end statistics. Our Professional Affiliations include the ACA, AAHAM, & the HFMA.

We are proud to announce that as of January 1999, our next generation has taken their place in continuing our family tradition. Our key management positions are filled by career employees with an average tenure of 20 years with CIB. This guarantees our Clients continuity of service and an ethical approach to collections.

Our software was custom written by our own in-house programmers. Our computer equipment is also maintained in-house with a large inventory of backup parts. We have designed our computers with redundant systems of disks, CPUs and Networks, which eliminate any single point failure. In the past 15 years we have only logged a total of 64 hours down time, which was to add new equipment. And YES we are Y2K compliant.

Our software can customize reports to your specific needs and formats. We also have the capability to accept and convert data electronically from our Client's commercial computer systems, enabling our access to debtor information within a 24 hour period.
